We are proud to announce that DigiPen Institute of Technology Europe-Bilbao has been awarded the 2024–2025 School of Excellence Award by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), a recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education. The award was presented during the Annual Meeting and Institutional Awards Celebration on September 17, 2025, in Crystal City, Virginia.
This year, over 265 applications for initial and renewal of accreditation were reviewed. Of these, 19 schools received the ACCSC School of Excellence award.
What the Award Means
To be eligible for the ACCSC School of Excellence Award, institutions must:
- Be in good standing with the Commission.
- Renew their accreditation with no findings of non-compliance.
- Meet or exceed average graduation and graduate employment rates among all ACCSC-accredited institutions.
